Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3 business days. 

Shipments do not occur on weekends or holidays.  If your company is experiencing a high volume of orders the shipment might be delayed. We will communicate that through emails or special media.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free shipping for orders of $50.00 and up.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive an email with a shipment confirmation and tracking number.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Serious About LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Serious About LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return policy

Returns must be made within 14 days of your receipt date for a refund. Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition. We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return. Please note the reason for your return.

International Shipping Policy

We offer international shipping at additional charge. International shipping tracking is only available with FedEX shipping option.
